The Rotary Club of Upper Sandusky has made monetary donations and continues to provide help at Camp Shuleski, a new youth camp located south of the Village of Sycamore.  Frank Shuleski Scouting, Inc., a non-profit organization responsible for developing the camp, used donated funds for the construction of restroom facilities and a shelter house.  Once the facilities are completed through the use of all volunteer labor, Camp Shuleski will be available for use by local youth groups with proper adult supervision.  Representatives noted their vision is for the camp to be utilized by scout troops, schools, church groups, and other youth organizations.

Local Rotarians organized volunteer work days where Camp Shuleski board members/volunteers and Rotary members worked side-by-side to do some finishing work on the bathroom facilities as well as site prep for the shelter house.

Misc. Community Service

The Rotary Club of Upper Sandusky performs various community service projects each year.  Recently the club agreed to donate 20 hours of service to support a raffle raising funds for the local Upper Sandusky Area Chamber of Commerce.  The highest bidder was a local resident and business owner who requested yard work items be completed as her award.  Multiple Rotary members and their family donated time to complete the service project.
